CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. To request a cancellation contact us with your order number at info@minitotem.com

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We do not offer price adjustment following our retailers promotions. Our promotions are not valid on previous purchases.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return or exchange the item within 15 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, in its initial condition and not have been used. No exchange or refund will be made for used merchandise and we reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if it does not meet the above criterias.

Shipping fees are not refundable and a shipping fee applies for returns.

We will send you a printable shipping label. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice to send back your item. Once the merchandise is back in our office, your request will be processed in the next 72 business hours.

EXCEPTIONS

Some items cannot be returned, unless they are clearly defective.

Maovic pillow covers cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Our Because Every Child Matters t-shirts are part of a fundraising campaign for the Regroupement des centres d'amitié autochtones du Québec and are cannot be returned or exchanged. We suggest that you consult our size chart before ordering your t-shirt.

Gift-card and gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are processed in the 72 business hours following the merchandise return and refund confirmation. Refund will be received on the original payment method.
