15 days from receipt of your items if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in the original condition and must not have been used. To start a refund process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm the address to which you must return your items.
T-shirt returns will not be accepted for fundraising campaigns unless there is an error or production defect. If you would like us to help you choose the size of your t-shirt, contact us or view the size chart for each product.
Sending items for a refund is at your expense. No refunds will be made for used items and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if it does not meet the conditions mentioned above. The delivery costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
DELIVERY AND RETURN – special collections
All of our special product and t-shirt collections developed for causes, such as the “Keep on Shining” collection, are prepared in limited quantities with production times of 2 to 3 weeks after you purchase the items. The delivery times for these products are therefore longer than for our regular products. Since the t-shirts are created on demand and according to the specifications of the buyers, they are not exchangeable or refundable, except if it is a manufacturing error.
ORDER ERROR OR PRODUCT DEFECT
Contact us at email@example.com as soon as you have received the order and noticed an error or a manufacturing defect.
You will be refunded for the costs associated with exchanging the product (standard delivery, without tracking). We will make the exchange within 2-3 days of receiving your defective or erroneous items. If the product is discontinued, we will give you credit for the online store.
